Bundled Golf Communities
Bundled golf communities include golf membership in the HOA fees — you buy the home, the golf comes with it. These communities are extremely popular in SWFL and offer tremendous value for golfers who want to play frequently without paying per-round fees. Communities like Pelican Preserve, Verandah, and Colonial Country Club are well-known examples. The social scene in bundled communities is active and welcoming.
Equity Golf Clubs
Equity clubs require a separate membership purchase, typically ranging from $30,000 to $150,000+, and offer a more exclusive experience. These clubs tend to have superior course conditions, more limited membership, and a higher level of service. Public & Semi-Private Courses
